Essi, infatti, si prendono particolare cura della loro dieta per migliorare le prestazioni o semplicemente aumentare il loro benessere.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, con un ritmo di vita accelerato e una feroce competizione sociale, la fatica \u00e8 diventata una condizione comune. \u00c8 quindi opportuno cercare nuove soluzioni nutrizionali per limitare le conseguenze dell&#8217;esercizio fisico e per affrontare la fatica. Diversi studi hanno riscontrato che le IgA salivari diminuiscono a seguito di esercizi di resistenza come ciclismo, sci di fondo, corsa, nuoto e anche dopo esercizi pi\u00f9 brevi e intensi (1, 2).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Una leggera ischemia nell&#8217;intestino pu\u00f2 danneggiare la mucosa con conseguente aumento della permeabilit\u00e0 e il conseguente passaggio di agenti patogeni, come il lipopolisaccaride, nella circolazione (3,4).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Il livello di cortisolo aumenta e stimola il rilascio di glucosio epatico. Il segnale chiave per la secrezione di cortisolo \u00e8 la diminuzione del glucosio nel sangue. L&#8217;analisi dei campioni di sangue raccolti dopo 15 e 30 minuti di un protocollo di esercizio di resistenza pesante acuta (AHREP) ha mostrato un livello di cortisolo inferiore rispetto al controllo. Gli autori ipotizzano che questo effetto possa essere dovuto alla capacit\u00e0 dei nucleotidi alimentari di aumentare la produzione di glucosio epatico. Agendo in questo modo, il segnale per il rilascio di cortisolo scompare o si riduce con tutti i relativi effetti collaterali. Un altro risultato eccezionale \u00e8 stato correlato a un marker del danno al tessuto muscolare: la creatina chinasi (CK) era significativamente inferiore 24 ore dopo l&#8217;esercizio di resistenza.<\/p>\n<p>Un valore CK inferiore nel gruppo nucleotidico significa che il danno al tessuto muscolare si \u00e8 manifestato a un tasso inferiore. Il tempo all&#8217;esaurimento, cos\u00ec come l&#8217;attivit\u00e0 citotossica dell&#8217;immunoglobulina A sierica e delle cellule natural killer, erano significativamente pi\u00f9 alti al giorno 14 (p &lt;0,05) nei partecipanti integrati con nucleotidi rispetto a quelli che avevano assunto placebo.
